Close MS Word and Run Windows Registry Editor (Regedit)

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Word\Options]

Change "NoFontMRUList"="1" to "NoFontMRUList"="0"

Restart MS Word and return to "NoFontMRUList"="1"

If there is no "NoFontMRUList", Create it .......
