1957 Les Paul Gold Top

Seth Lover's fabled PAF (Patent Applied For) humbucking pickups were added to the Les Paul Model in 1957. These dual coil pickups, quieter and yet more powerful than the single coil P-90s that preceded them, combined with the ABR-1 to create a guitar with unprecedented sustain and tone. In 2003, two Burstbuckers faithfully replicate the warm, vocal quality and rich harmonic content of the legendary originals.
